Levanto Labs public list price, USD 0.05/M input, USD 10/M output (fetched 16 Oct 2026): Levanto's public pricing page lists Input USD 0.05 per 1M tokens on its Free and Developer plans (USD 0.046, 0.042 and 0.038 only on the paid monthly volume plans) and "All plans: Output $10 / 1M tokens", where output tokens are Sage's reasoning and answers are free (saved copy sha256 1e98749c...). The page states one tariff for the Sage API and does not name a model version. It is the same list basis the published sage-1.3.0 row carries. Counted as the manufacturer's standard, non-promotional launch list price under interpretation I-1 (the reading that admitted kushal-gemma4-31b-it-autoloops, SubQ Snap and d1-ultra), through a scoped re-freeze of the frozen pricing module that adds exactly three keys (sage-1.4.0, nimble-v4, nimble-v4-max) to its launch-list-price set and nothing else, with a zero-difference proof for every other registry entry and the independent release review; it answers the pricing question that board #18983 left open. The Free plan's included usage is a trial credit and is not used. ESTIMATE in the scorer's sense: the tariff x this row's OWN provider-reported tokens (665,989 input tokens over the 1,483 answered items; the provider reported 0 output tokens on every answered item, so the output term is zero as measured), divided by the 1,485 items of the common cost basis the scorer uses; the 17 failed requests (15 HTTP 400, 2 HTTP 504) count as zero tokens and as wrong answers. USD 0.022424 per 1,000 decisions on the common basis (USD 0.022200 over all 1,500 items), 0.347x the official cost cap USD 0.064595. Not a bill and not a quote. COMMON COST BASIS (v1.6.30): cost per 1,000 decisions is computed on the common 1,485 items of this draw, leaving out the 15 very long items (at least 76,358 input tokens as counted by the rows that answered them). They are the 15 items the Jev reference refused with max_tokens_exceeded, which the other rows that did not answer them refused or failed on; their tokens count for no row, whether the row refused or answered them, and a refused item still counts as a wrong answer for Intelligence. This row: USD 0.022424 per 1,000 decisions (0.347x the official cost cap USD 0.064595), against USD 0.022200 over all 1,500 items (v1.6.29).

Vendor-hosted sage.levanto.ai /v1/systemone API, model `levanto-sage-v1.4`; latency measured from Sandy (Germany) on the official per-item latency subset without API adjustment. Full S1200+P300 draw of v1.6-regular-20261012 through the unchanged run_api_full_v161.py; the full-set exposure gate logged all 1,200 sealed items to provider `levanto` before the first request (CoS deputy #18975; every sealed item of this draw was already retired). Native probabilities on all three question types, no generated tokens. Hosting implementation and deployed weights were not independently inspected. Regular-queue request 5181ADBA; model id read from the vendor's own /v1/models. 15 of 1,500 requests returned HTTP 400 'Extended context is not available on your plan' with the submitter's own key; they are the draw's 15 longest items (the same 15 that Uniphore-4B-Decider, Attest-31B and Standard One 3B SH failed on). 2 more returned HTTP 504 gateway timeouts. The runner never re-sends a failed item, so all 17 are scored as wrong in the full denominator.
